I'll get to the actual performance in a second, but first things first...boy, I really want that David Bowie shirt that James Bay is wearing. I own too many band/rock t-shirts as it is, but James Bay is rocking that Bowie tee, and I need it. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

James Bay stopped by the BBC's Live Lounge to perform a cover of fellow Brit Florence + the Machine's "Shake It Out" (not to be confused with Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off"), and although I haven't found the time to dive into Mr. Bay's music too much yet, he does the Ceremonials standout justice. His voice is strong and emotive and capable of living up to the dramatic bombast that makes Florence Welch one of our great vocalists. Maybe we can get these two to work on a track together?

And be sure to check out our exclusive video interview with Mr. Bay below.
