As I'm sure you all know, The Meadows Fest is very, very soon. On September 15th (yes, it's already September 15th). You've probably already picked out your outfits and thought about what you'll say when fashion blogs ask to take pictures of your cute festival look. And if you haven't… what are you doing? Did you miss when I said this is only A FEW DAYS away?!

You probably don't need me to add to your excitement, but alas, that is my job. Although it's only in its second year, the Meadows might just be the perfect music festival. I know, that's a bold statement. There are so many festivals to choose from, each with their own advantages and drawbacks. But as far as I'm concerned, all of the pros for the The Meadows outweigh the cons, making it The Perfect Music Festival.

Let's start with the date. Most music festivals take place during the summer, but, because of the abundance of festivals popping up everywhere, we're running out of weekends between June and August, so Meadows is a fall festival, taking place in September. That means it will be warm enough to wear your cutest shorts and crop tops, but not so hot that your mascara is running down your face within an hour. It also is a nice reward for making it through your first few weeks of the new school year alive.

The Meadows is so much more than just a music festival. The food lineup alone makes the price of a ticket worth it. All of New York's best snacks under one big, metaphorical roof. Everything from The Nugget Spot to internet-sensation DO will be there. Plus, there will be a selection of food vendors from Queens repping their home turf at FEASTival.

And let's not forget the location. The Meadows festival is held at Citifield in Queens. Being at a stadium makes it significantly easier to get to than other festivals like Governors Ball, which require you to trek out to Randall's Island. And in addition to featuring vendors local to the area, a lot of the artists playing the festival (like Action Bronson!) are from Queens.

Get ready, guys. This is SO SOON. More info here.
