Have you ever seen a dude with a boring nine-to-five desk job who dreams of rebelling and becoming a rock star? Yes, all the time. Have you ever seen a rock star who dreams of rebelling and picking up a boring nine-to-five desk job? Um... Never. However, that's exactly what happens in this new video, "Do What You Want" from Utah indie pop band Spirit City and it's hilarious. This band clearly doesn't take themselves too seriously as they indulge in a more comical storyline. They pair the visual with a fun song, too. Light synth-pop mixed with a little bit of indie rock - something that any fan of The 1975 or Two Door Cinema Club will go nuts for. The song is off of their forthcoming EP, We're All Insane out in October.

We asked the band about the video, "We really love how this video turned out! We wanted something that captured the meaning of "Do What You Want" while still keeping it light-hearted and comical. If you notice there isn't a 'performance' shot in the video, we did that on purpose. We want all of our art forms to stand alone by themselves. We wanted the story and cinematography to be the star of the music video."
