Why does every artist have to drop their album on the same day? For us listeners, it's a challenge to catch up with every new release, especially when it's several different releases from all really exciting artists. So to cut through the noise and make sure you have all of your ducks in a row, we're briefly rounding up the most important albums to listen to this week.

    1. Circa Survive - The Amulet

Anthony Green & Co. are out with their latest record via Hopeless Records. Effortlessly combining alternative rock, punk, and post-hardcore, this is definitely a high energy, big guitar album.

    2. Fergie - Double Dutchess

Over a decade later, Fergie is finally following up her iconic album The Dutchess with her second solo album, Double Dutchess. The singer has hit a few rough patches - divorce from husband Josh Duhamel and official separation from The Black Eyed Peas - but with lots of self-love hip hop anthems, it seems like with this new album, she's coming up stronger.

    3. Haley Reinhart - What's That Sound?

Our favorite retro-tinged pop singer is back with her new album What's That Sound? and her voice is shining brighter than ever. Watch the singer give Baeble some great fashion tips here.

    4. Lights - Skin&Earth

Indie pop singer/songwriter Lights just keeps getting better and better. On her fifth album, she debuts some of her strongest songs yet with the love-infested "Skydiving" and The Weeknd-esque "New Fears." With an electrifying mix of guitars and synths, it's more epic than ever. Watch our concert with her here.

    5. Macklemore - GEMINI

Macklemore is out with his first solo record in over a decade, and it features several artists including Kesha, Skylar Grey, and Lil Yachty.

    6. Jaws of Love. - Tasha Sits Close To The Piano

Jaws of Love. is Local Natives' very own Kelcey Ayer - AKA the first solo project to come from the indie rock band. Unlike the band, it's solely based around the piano and highlights Ayer's impressive songwriting skills as he explores his sensitive side.

    7. The Killers - Wonderful Wonderful

The legendary rock band is finally out with their new album, which features singles "The Man" and "Run For Cover." Read Baeble's review here and watch our Dive segment on it here.
