MTV's Glory Days Weren't All That Glorious

We're always complaining about MTV's transition away from music to focus fully on shitty teen drama, but after taking a look back in time, the "music video" television network wasn't always as prolific as we've talked it up to be.

Remember Jesse Camp? Of course you do. Who could forget the gurgle of that lovable tweeker? We stumbled on this old interview where Jesse convulsively sits down with the Misfits on what we assume to be the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, NJ, a town that has since been bastardized by the network. Watch the Misfits answer questions about hardcore, punk, and rock with an appropriate backdrop of a 311 song. It burns!

*We'll give a Twitter shout-out to anyone who attempts to transcribe Jesse's inaudible interview questions. Hit us with your best shot in the comments below.
