I know we've been waxing poetic today about the Arcade Fire and their takedown of MSG last night, but this video was passed along to me and seemed too good to pass up on sharing with you all. Turns out they've always been epic (and always had outrageous outfits). Check out an Arcade Fire performance from 2003.
Posted by Vimeo user Bennet: "I shot this video of my buddy Richard's band at the Rivoli in Toronto when their self titled EP had just come out. The songs are Wake Up, No Cars Go and Old Flame." Wow.
Tiaras and even a helmet? Classic Fire. The band will perform for millions tonight, as their second and final night at Madison Square Garden is broadcast live through Vevo and Youtube (and directed by Terry Gilliam). Tune in. -joe puglisi
