Nearly every band has its own influences that shine through their music, bringing you to a time long gone. Canadian rock quartet The Sheepdogs, however, chose an 'if it ain't broke...' route that brings these past sounds front-and-center and recharges their relevancy. Their first full-length release since signing to Atlantic Records, The Sheepdogs, bursts with 70s nostalgia having warming rock tones reminiscent of Allmans and Doobies.

The group recently performed an acoustic rendition of "Alright OK" in the office of Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, and we're pleased to share with you the video footage.

The Sheepdogs, produced by Patrick Carney of The Black Keys, is out now. Get your copy here.
