We love down-to-earth celebrities, especially 500 Days of Summer star Joseph Gordon-Levitt. All of the girls (and guys) on the internet are swooooooning
over this new video of JGL slammin' on the drums for the people of New York.
It's a little under forty-five seconds and features him setting up the drums and playing some sort of punk/rock style beat. But besides one of the subway riders calling out "Woah, you look like Pee Wee Herman a little bit!" at the end (which is sort of true), no one really gave a sh*t about one of Hollywood's hottest celebs breathing the same humid summer air as them. Maybe it's because this is a natural occurrence in the city, so people didn't even notice? Whatever the reason, it doesn't matter, because JGL wasn't doing this for attention. He was doing it for his open-collaborative production company, HitRecord, to inspire artists to capture something themselves. Check out more info HERE
