Bear's Den has brought back true art in music video making with the release of the video for their newest single, "Elysium." The video follows a group of students at Seattle Pacific University from June 5th-8th 2014, during which a tragic shooting occurred on the school's campus. The lives of these friends are traced hours before, during, and after the event, capturing moments filled with joy and love, and extreme pain and loss as a result of the shooting. It highlights the beautiful power of friendship during times of heartbreak, as it is ultimately dedicated to Paul Lee, a friend and classmate of the individuals featured in the video who was killed during the violent massacre. Not only did Bear's Den succeed in making a touching track, but its video adds another dimension of rawness and delicacy to the single, making the story of these friends impossible to forget. Check out the video for "Elysium" below, and keep an eye out for the Elysium EP, due out for release July 21st on Communion Records.
