Regardless of your current knowledge of New Politics, it is always refreshing to see large bands supporting the underdogs. Though the storyline is predictable in New Politics' latest video release for "West End Kids," -cool dudes defeat bad guys and save cute girls in distress, the video is actually far from boring. Appearances by DCD2 labelmates Brendan Urie from Panic! At the Disco, Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy, and LOLA are just a handful of the many guest stars who make this music video one to watch.

The action begins almost immediately as the three guys of New Politics discover that their girlfriends have been kidnapped and they'll have to win several rounds of video game style battles against their musical guest stars in order to ensure the safe return. Brendan Urie is the man in charge with his video game controller, and he hilariously helps each member of New Politics win their match. In the final scene, David, Soren, and Louis defeat the last of the villains and rescue the lovely ladies in an epic rooftop battle against Patrick Stump.

"West End Kids" is youthful and anthemic, and the full album entitled Vikings is set to come out on August 14th.
