We all love finding a mysterious, new artist on the DIY scene. When we discover them, they almost feel like our own little secret (until they blow up, they always blow up...), and we just found our next little secret. Soul-pop singer-songwriter, Kisos, is making his debut as a singer/producer with his first single, "Symmetry." We don't know much about Kisos, except for the fact that he's based in Harlem and has an upcoming EP titled VOICES, but judging by the music, we're intrigued.

Every song is written, produced, and mastered by the bedroom artist himself, and with "Symmetry," we can hear that he's envisioning a big, ambitious sound. Reminiscent of artists like Years and Years and Troye Sivan, Kisos' voice is filled with soul and vulnerability all at once, which is a rare but desirable trait. He preaches with confidence, "Gotta block out all the noise / It's just another test / And all these voices / They got nothing on us." It's an anthemic chorus that will take you on an emotional rollercoaster of self-doubt and re-established confidence. When the beat fully kicks in, Kisos will sing his way right into your heart, leaving you with a catchy-as-all-hell melody that will be stuck in your head for weeks.

The track will be available everywhere tomorrow, and you can pre-order it on Amazon today HERE. 50% of all proceeds from track downloads will be donated to Queer Lifespace, a SF-based organization providing longterm, low fee mental health and substance abuse therapy for the queer community.

Even though Kisos is super new on the scene with just one single, he's already making a big splash and we cannot wait to stand by and watch him flourish. Keep up with him at his official site.
