This past Saturday the record-shattering singer-songwriter Adele finally headlined Glastonbury and she fuckin' killed it. Please excuse my language folks, I just got a little bit too inspired by Adele's Glastonbury set that she pretty much cursed through the entirety of. Since Adele gave such a memorable performance at Glastonbury, it's only right that we give you a list of the top four moments from the Tottenham natives 90-minute headlining set.
Adele Burps In a Fans Face
The best moment of the night came when Adele brought a crying fan on stage to take a selfie with her. In the midst of taking the selfie Adele burped in front of the fans face and proceeded to say:
"Oh my God, I just burped! I had a dirty burger before I came on, that's why."
Nice one Adele.
Adele Talks About The "Skyfall" Video That Never Came To Be
During her set, Adele explained why she never did a video for her James Bond song "Skyfall" and said:
"I didn't do a video because I was nine and half months pregnant and about to drop any day. Who wants to do a Bond video if you don't look like Halle Berry?"
Adele Admits She Has A Potty Mouth
Once Adele got into her set she admitted that she does indeed have a potty mouth and said, "Do you know how rock and roll I am? Not very, but the BBC had to give a warning about my potty mouth before I went on. I bet Muse didn't get that." Well as great as Muse is, we love you more Adele for keeping it 100 with us.
Adele Admits Shes No EDM DJ
Some Glastonbury fans were pissed that the lineup for Saturday included a copious amount of artists/bands with their hearts on their sleeves and Adele was the biggest of the performers. When addressing the fact that her set was comprised of mostly mellow power ballads Adele told her fans:
"I'm sure you're aware I don't have many upbeat happy songs which is why some people were complaining. I'm here for an hour and a half and I'm not going anywhere, so let's be miserable together."
