If you have heard of the alternate dimension R&B track "Jasmine," "BTSTU" or the leaked demos many hoped were an album, you are familiar with U.K.'s Indian/crossover futurist Jai Paul. Well, the musical talent in the Paul family is abundant and we've all been unknowingly listening to more than one of its members. Older brother A.K. Paul has had a hand in the creation of Jai's illusive and hushed success as well as other work. He's a producer who has collaborated on Jessie Ware's "Imagine it Was Us," "Sam Smith's "Nirvana," and Big Boi's "Higher Res." And he just released his debut single, "So Good," teaming up with London singer Nao. It's bold, futuristic, R&B with delicate soulful crooning by Nao and A.K. which is a wink to his younger brother's aesthetic but with a style that is more hip-hop.
