We're no different (except we're right-er?), so here's our fifteen favorite songs of the year so far, in order.     It wouldn't be a Joe-helmed best of 2012 list without forcing my left field love of surf-rockers Mrs. Magician and the shotgun hook of "Prescription Vision" on the unassuming masses. You probably won't see them on any year-end lists, but those guys are a bunch of critical blowhards. This is musical crack.
