OK Go have a knack for viral bait, mostly in the video department (see: treadmills, marching bands, Rube Goldberg machines, puppies, yeah all these guys). Last night they played a new song they wrote called "The Greatest Song I Ever Heard", which is off the soundtrack to a movie called The Greatest Movie Ever Sold, which sounds like an elaborate joke I set up WITH NO PUNCHLINE. JK, it's real. Watch the song below.

The movie is a new documentary by Big Mac enema Morgan Spurlock, who delves into the world of advertising and branding by having brands and advertising finance his investigation about brands and advertising. Don Draper eat your heart out.

In other nifty news, Damian (the lead OK Go-er) recently shacked up with Amanda Palmer, Ben Folds, and one of my favorite authors (and Palmer's now husband) Neil Gaiman (American Gods) to record eight songs in eight hours (and then perform them, and then release an album) for the Rethink Music conference in Boston. Read more about it on the OK blog.
