New York-based soul singer Kendra Morris
is making (concrete) waves once again with her latest cover of Radiohead's "Karma Police." The songstress made her own sultry rendition of the track in the Wall Street Journal, which is no easy feat. Her take on the song might be just as good as the original (and there have been a lot of "Karma Police" covers in my day).
Morris is currently touring with fellow musician (and bestie) Julia Haltigan in the deep south. The singer's cover comes at the perfect time since her sophomore record Mockingbird
will be released on July 29th. If this track is any indication of how her new album will sound, fans and newbs alike are in for a real treat.
