Do you ever just have to sit back and remind yourself that Florence Welch isn't even 30 yet? This isn't a comment about her looking old. She doesn't. It's about how, like Adele, she has one of those voices that just sounds like it's always been there...that it's experienced damn near everything life has to offer. It's been seven years since Lungs was released in 2009, and while there are a handful of female pop stars who have made plays for her realm of theatrical, lush, baroque pop, none have come close to capturing the magic of Lungs, Ceremonials, or last year's How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.

Speaking of Florence + the Machine's latest record, Flo has been releasing "short films" for various tracks off the album for a year now and you can finally watch them all in one full story here after the release of the final entry in the series, "Third Eye," which features Florence Welch tumbling madly through the streets and then descending into the depths of a theater that might be heaven and may be hell. All we know for sure is that Flo might have wanted to wait a week or two to drop her big film considering...well, Beyonce.
