Wayne Coyne and The Flaming Lips carried out their promise of releasing new songs via edible, gummy, life-size replicas of human skulls (shown above). At 4:20pm on 4/20, Coyne delivered the first skeleton to Oklahoma record store Guestroom Records. Within the unusual, edible arrangement was a USB drive containing four Flaming Lips songs.
Two of the USB's song's, "Drug Chart" and "In Our Bodies, In Our Heads", can be heard below, and both are played along with montages of the cranium construction.
It may appear to be a peculiar stunt, but no, it's just the wild and wacky world of Wayne. Check out this video of the Lips' frontman creating "blood" art.
