Watch Electric Guest Cover an Obscure 60s Pop Tune

    Few frontmen can transcend genre boundaries quite like Electric Guest's Asa Taccone, and this was well justified yesterday when the group shared their new desert session video performing the 60s British pop group Honeybus's divine, Cat Stevens-vibed tune "Thou By My Side". Electric Guest's cover is nearly identical, all the way down to the soft hints of electric organ.

    It's a little strange that this Youtube video has a comment from nine months ago that simply says "Asa Taccone". Weird right?
