If you had to choose one face in Hollywood that personifies "creepy distant relative", you'd be hard pressed to find a stronger suitor than Steve Buscemi. Whether it's a well-scripted farce, or strange-fated truth, it was recently revealed that Mr. Pink is a very distant cousin of Vampire Weekend
bassist Chris Baio (who is also a second cousin of Scott "Chachi" Baio). The news sparked a new relationship between the unlikely kin, and Buscemi is now directing the webcast for the band's upcoming concert at Roseland Ballroom in NYC on April 28th for the American Express Unstaged Series.
Today, a video was shared that captured the odd partnership's first meet and greet.
And just for the hell of it. Here are two great Buscemi musical moments:
"Harold would never beat up his landlord!" (1998)
