Mondays suck. In other news, water is wet, the sky is blue, and I can't make rent this month. Seriously though, Mondays are so lame even masochists hate waking up for them. If you're currently having a bad Monday, then I suggest doing two things: 1. Google image search "Fat Corgis"
(you wont be disappointed) and 2. Watch the above video of Sia
making a cameo on the long-running kids TV staple Sesame Street
. The clip shows the singer-songwriter, featuring the rare appearance of her face, introducing the letter "S" with a song about singing songs, along with Elmo, Grover, Abby Cadabby, and Cookie Monster sporting trademark Sia wigs and singing backup vocals. There really isn't much else to it, but if don't even crack a slight smile you might be a little dead inside. It's honestly pretty damn cute, and it's always nice to see artists be a little silly once in a while and not take themselves so seriously. Sesame Street
also has a long and rich history of bringing on big-time talents to join the puppets in a little song and dance, from Stevie Wonder to Johnny Cash to REM. So if you literally need a minute or so to chill and feel warm and fuzzy inside, check out the clip right here and feel like a kid learning the alphabet again.
