(the moniker for La Roux's keyboardist Mike Norris) released a new non-album track today, titled "SW9." The track is calm and collected, while still being dance-able. The coolest aspect of the song is how the looping of the voice turns it into a nonsensical rhythmic instrument. Starting with one vocal phrase, the British producer builds upon the structure for four sturdy minutes. "SW9" stays intelligently intricate without being boring or ever losing track of itself.
