We only have to wait a few weeks longer for Future Islands' new album, The Far Field and they've already shared the lead single, "Ran". Well, Future Islands just released "Cave" today and it came with an incredible lyric video featuring American Sign Language interpreter for New York mayor Bill De Blasio, Jonathan Lamberton.

"Cave" represents the exact sound that Future Island always delivers. It's a dramatic, evocative and emotional synth-pop anthem which is why it makes total sense why they brought in Lamberton in. Lamberton has a certain style of ASL that is more expressive and energetic and it totally matches frontman, Samuel T. Herring's way of emotionally delivering each lyric. This song mixed with this lyric video is hypnotizing and we can't wait to hear the rest of this album.
