Jesse Jo Stark - "Down Your Drain"

So this song just happened to come up on my Discover Weekly on Spotify and I'm very happy it did. I love the old western vibe Jesse Jo Stark gives off with her country drawl and sensual vocals. You may have seen Jesse Jo Stark on Bella Hadid's instagram every now and again. The two happen to be best friends.

    X Ambassadors - "Free & Lonely"

I love the honesty in this song. X Ambassadors' lyrics delve into accepting a life that wasn't the one you might have planned when you were younger. The melodies and power in the chorus will take you away to another place. We actually have an intense session with the rock band and it is pretty amazing. Check it out!

    Sniffle Party - "Peach Dream"

This is the type of song you can bob your head to. You may not have heard of electronic dance band, Sniffle Party, just yet, but you will. Singer, Serena Wagner, has a dreamy voice that will make you melt. The song grows beautifully, with beats and melodies that come in at the most perfect times. Pretty sure I can listen to this song forever.

    Alabama Shakes - "Future People"

I know I'm a little late on this one, but I haven't been able to stop listening to Alabama Shakes' album Sound & Color lately - especially this song, "Future People." The blaring chorus and Brittany Howard's dynamic voice... It sounds like a song you'd hear at the end of a really good action movie.

Technotronic - "Pump Up The Jam"

When this song comes on, don't mess with me.

    Aphex Twin - "4"

Who doesn't love some good, classic, innovative Aphex Twin?

Baths - "You're My Excuse To Travel"

Baths gets me so emotional sometimes... This glitchy song is a jam.

Kendrick Lamar - "The Heart Part 4"

I needed new Kendrick in my life so bad. This song gave me goosebumps before I even heard his voice. Kendrick is so talented that it blows my mind and the production of this song is so carefully crafted. "Donald Trump is a chump, know how we feel, punk / Tell 'em that God comin' / And Russia need a replay button, y'all up to somethin' / Electoral votes look like memorial votes / But America's truth ain't ignorin' the votes." YES, Kendrick. But the release of this song makes me wonder if his "IV" post on Instagram means there won't be a new album?

    Gorillaz - "Andromeda (ft DRAM)"

Not much will make me happier on this sunny Friday than a Damon Albarn and D.R.A.M collaboration. I love this song. It's smooth as hell and they complement each other well. It has spacey, futuristic vibes and I can't get enough of it.

    Tei Shi - "Justify"

Is it March 31st yet? I can't wait for Crawl Space to be released because every song Tei Shi releases is just SO GOOD. This song has crazy Die Antwoord and FKA Twigs vibes. It may have very minimal lyrics but it's a bass-heavy banger and puts me in an extremely good mood.
