Port of Morrow is finally available for mass consumption and while critical opinion of it seems to be split right down the middle (even within our own offices), there's no denying public hunger for the first new the Shins album in over five years. Pitchfork's review of the album has a pretty mind-blowing list of things that have happened since the last time new music was released under the Shins moniker. James Mercer and crew stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman to perform for the show and then stuck around for a full hour long concert for Letterman's Live on Letterman webcast series. If you haven't been overloaded with Shins' related news this week and have an hour to spare, check out this collection of old and new tracks.
