Yesterday Ellie Goulding dropped her delicate cover of Hozier's super-charged stadium ballad "Take Me To Church" to grand review.

While the air waves are playing an ber infused version of Hozier's acceptance anthem, and Goulding is known for her electro charged pop songs, she threw the world a curve ball and toned the track down. For most this is the introduction of acoustic Ellie. Well, we're not most, and we met Ellie's acoustic vocals a few short years ago. So here it is folks, dose up on your Thursday throwback with our acoustic session at the Bowery Electric featuring the stripped down, synth free, and so lovely Ellie Goulding.

Ellie's latest album, Halycon Days, is out now on Polydor. Get it here.
