This year's NME awards, for all of the Anglophiles in our audience, were last night, and while the big news item of the evening (besides the hilarious branding of Noel Gallagher with the Godlike Genius Award) was Florence Welch
upsetting awards show juggernaut Adele for best solo artist and Best Track for Ceremonials
single "Shout It Out". During the ceremony, Florence Welch joined the stage with British post-punk revivalist act The Horrors
to perform the Horrors' single "Still Life". We've got some shaky camera phone footage of the performance for everyone with a little curiosity about what this pairing would sound like live (though fair warning the audio is pretty tinny).
