New Music Video: Cults

    Cults' self-titled debut came out last June, but Cults are still releasing new music videos for their album's many stand-out tracks. The latest Cults song to get the video treatment was one of the most overtly 1960s Motown girl group influenced tracks, the dramatic ode "You Know What I Mean." Eschewing the Forrest Gump wizardry used in the "Go Outside" video, "You Know What I Mean" gets the more traditional music video treatment pairing singer Madeline Follin and guitarist Brian Oblivion as lovers whose relationship is put to the test when Oblivion, a circus performer, gets horribly burned trying to jump through a ring of fire. All of the burn unit make-up of The English Patient at a microscopic fraction of the running time. All kidding aside, it's an affecting music video and all Cults fans should check it out below.
