The Boxer Rebellion took the stage last night on Letterman in celebration of the release of their most recent album, In Cold Still. Although they made a film appearance in last year's Going the Distance, the evening of Feb. 2 was their first live, network television performance for their US audience.

The band's performance of "Step Out of the Car" gave viewers a taste of the iTunes-attainable album. In less than 24 hours, the album soared into the iTunes top 10 alternative list. Letterman yelled to drummer, Piers Hewitt, demanding he receive a raise. From the sound of it, Hewitt and company should expect a handsome reward. Following a brief tour of the UK, The Boxer Rebellion will be States-bound, performing at SXSW> in Austin, TX.

Enjoy TBR's performance of "Step Out of the Car" below, and be sure to check Baeble's updates. We'll be welcoming the band this afternoon for a session in The Guest Apartment!
