Cults' Madeline Follin Forms New Band With Brother Richie Of Guards

    It only makes sense that two musically-inclined siblings with experience from respective bands would decide to form a new band and create a naturally unique sound. Brother-sister duo, Follin, consists of Madeline Follin (Cults) and Richie James Follin (Guards), and when their previous commitments seemed to be dwindling down, the siblings got the idea to form their own band and appropriately go by their surname.

    Follin premiered their track "Roxy" on Zane Lowe's Beat 1 show and it's full of distorted vocals, drum machines, and heavy synth-work. Madeline Follin's voice is put on a raspy, punchy display on top of mesmerizing keyboards in this moody, indie electro-pop track. Their self-titled two track debut is coming this year via Father/Daughter, but it's unclear if "Roxy" will be included on it.
