As a leader in instrumental hip hop and DJ music, it's cool to see a new instrumental track from RJD2. His first studio album, Deadringer, is a classic in its own right, with tracks like "Ghostwriter" and "Here's What's Left." It's an album to chill out to and groove to. Like DJ Shadow who picked certain samples to create his eerie tone in Endtroducing..., RJD2's samples are obscure and funky which help create his groove centered tone. His new track "Sheboygan Left" is as groovy as ever features some guitar work in the second half that is just plain pretty. It's upbeat and inspiring, in a film score sort of way..
