The Killers Christmas single has become nearly a decade-long tradition. In support of Project [RED], every December 1st (World AIDs Day), the group releases a new track, and this year's is a heavy hitter.

"Christmas in L.A." features backing vocals from Laurel Canyon rock nostalgists Dawes, and its accompanying video stars the always glum Owen Wilson. There's also an opening voice-over conversation with legendary actor and musician Harry Dean Stanton. The narrative arc follows a struggling actor who chooses to spend his first Christmas away from home all by his lonesome. Watch below.

All proceeds from the single's sale support Project [RED]. You can purchase "Christmas in L.A." here.
