Ah, the drama. Lady Gaga
returns to the desert in her new video for "Million Reasons" to pick up where she left off in her last video for "Perfect Illusion": Gaga crying alone in the sand. The closing strains of "Perfect Illusion" are even playing in the opening scene for "Million Reasons".
The video cuts to Gaga in the backseat of a Chevy SUV being escorted to her show - it's later revealed that a group of her friends came to her rescue in the desert. The drama and anticipation build as a minute goes by and the song finally begins. Backstage, a team does her hair and makeup, transforming Gaga to her requisite Joanne
head-to-toe pink garb.
Lady Gaga does some corny rock moves with her guitar, cries while holding rosary beads that were gifted to her and sings "...a million reasons
" a million times in this emotionally charged video.
