    Their name might be lifted from an old children's TV series, but don't be fooled: Reading Rainbow is not a learn-to-read activity geared at six year olds. Rather, they are an up-and-coming two-piece garage rock group from Philadelphia. They recently released their second full-length album, Prism Eyes, to widespread critical acclaim, and with good reason. It's a simple but effective collection of garage-rock tunes in the tradition of the genre's best, tinged with vintage keyboards and psychedelic touches.
