Taking it back a number of notches, Das Racist's video for "Brand New Dance" doesn't do a whole lot. It doesn't need to. The lethargic backbeat and deep choral vocals from Dap tuck listeners in while watching close shots of Heems and Victor Vazquez countered with a simple representation of one of their live shows. Shrouded in solitary dark colored lights throughout, the footage zooms and stretches through these two situations while half-bored mentioning that "Everybody love everybody" all blase. The drawing power of Das Racist is that they'll do whatever the hell they want and sweetly invite all of us along.

Relax is out now. Heems, Victor and Dap are scheduled to drop solo mixtapes on 1/1/12. More future projects include a documentary set in Queens. A van decorated like an Indian disco will star, also featuring the likes of Vampire Weekend, Neon Indian, Yeasayer. Learn more about it here.
