Remember José González? It's been a minute since we've discussed the drone-y goodness of Fields, the most recent LP from his band Junip, but a recent stop on the Kimmel stage should correct that silence. "In Every Direction" hasn't lost any of it's trance/charm, with González's signature "playin' from mah chair" cool factor infusing absurd amounts of energy into a song that is essentially the indie rock equivalent of lounge music. Like a boss.

Check out more proof of the incredible contradictory nature of the bands "sit down and make you stand up" stylings in our full concert video.
