Earlier we posted
about the attempted murder charges against AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd. Now, due to "insufficient evidence to justify the charge" the "attempting to hire a hit man" charge has been dropped.
While it is certainly a relief to Rudd, he still faces charges including possessing of methamphetamine, cannabis, and for allegedly making death threats against another man, separate from the two whose murder was being plotted.
Should he be convicted of the death threat charge, he could be looking at up to seven years in prison. Eep!
