SPEED ROUND: 3 Albums Out Now That You Should Spin

Why does every artist have to drop their album on the same day? For us listeners, it's a challenge to catch up with every new release, especially when it's several different releases from all really exciting artists. So to cut through the noise and make sure you have all of your ducks in a row, we're briefly rounding up the most important albums to listen to this week.

    1. Sam Smith - The Thrill Of It All

Sam Smith is out with the highly-anticipated follow up to 2014's In The Lonely Hour (he just had to wait for Adele to wrap up her tour first). All jokes aside, if you want to stay in this weekend and have a good cry, this might just be the record for you.

MUST LISTENS: "Too Good At Goodbyes," "Burning"

    2. 21 Savage / Offset / Metro Boomin - Without Warning

On the night of Halloween, 21 Savage, Offset (from Migos), and producer Metro Boomin released their collaborative album. It's called Without Warning which is funny, because they dropped it with little to no warning. Get it? It includes features from Travis Scott and Quavo (poor Takeoff, where he at?).

MUST LISTENS: "Still Serving," "Rap Saved Me"

    3. Shamir - Revelations

If you were a big fan of Shamir when he dropped Ratchet in 2015, you're guaranteed to be a little surprised. For his latest record, he's swapped cow bells for soft guitar strums - just take a listen for yourself.

MUST LISTENS: "90's Kids," "Straight Boy"
