Paul McDonald has come along way since the American Idol top ten. He's successfully carved out a sweet spot for himself in the music industry, which has included appearances on The Tonight Show, Good Morning America, Regis & Kelly, and the Craig Ferguson show, as part of the indie-folk duo: Paul McDonald & Nikki Reed.
Sharing past stages with the likes of The Black Crowes, Zac Brown, and Sara Bareilles, Paul has now launched a solo career, and Baeble is stoked to premiere the video for his first single, "Bright Lights." The song tells the story about a lost love and his cry to let her know he'll be there for her if things become too much in the bright lights. The video shows Paul "invisibly" singing to his love on a bed, while cutting in shots of him in an empty parking garage.
Paul is currently busy in the studio putting the finishing touches on his forthcoming album, and has launched a kickstarter campaign to help fund the release of his solo project which he calls, "the most raw and emotional catalog of songs I've ever written."
