Charges against AC/DC
's Phil Rudd for allegedly hiring a hitman to kill two people were dropped
for lack of sufficient evidence, but that didn't mean he was scott free. Turns out he's still being charged with making death threats against another man, and posessing methamphetamine and marijuana.
Rudd appeared in court Wednesday, where New Zealand Herald
reported on his erratic behavior. Aside from jumping on one of his security guard's back, winking at a reporter and drumming on parts of the courtroom, he didn't enter a plea before zipping away in a black sports car.
Rudd will appear again in court Dec. 2.
