As of late, Nick Jonas
, Disney Channel protégé and former member of the now dissolved Jonas Brothers, has stepped into a solo career, in which he has done his best to assert his individuality, maturity, and sexuality.
Disney-star-turned-sexpot is not a new genre
. However, most of those who have exemplified this archetype have been female, and more often then not have been scrutinized for their racey transformations (think Miley, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez) Nick Jonas, though, doesn't think that being a male has made his transition any easier. In a recent interview with British magazine Very
, Jonas said; "It comes with its own set of challenges. They're different but equally challenging. It's just a matter of how you handle it. I tried to make my transition really natural, not forced. Any time it feels like you're trying to show people something, it feels cheesy."
Jonas went on to explain that the key to his smooth transition would be honesty and openness with his audience, stating "We live in a world now where it's so easy to gain access to people and their lives. You kinda have to be transparent because people will know if it's bullshit or not."
Speaking of forced, cheesy, bullshit, I have never seen anybody look more unnatural or less sexy on a motorcycle...or even walking really. Like, Nick Jonas, do you know how to walk!? I'm sorry guy, I'm just not convinced...
