Earlier this summer, Future Generations
swung by Industry City in Brooklyn to deliver a killer set at one of the latest Bands + Brews, presented by Baeble Music. As the sun settled into the skyline, the NYC-based quintet enhanced the warm August breeze with their soaring electric guitars and nostalgic vocals.
The indie rockers performed some new songs, like their latest single "One More Problem
" which was released just the month before via Frenchkiss Records. This moment really made us feel like we were at a stadium rather than an outdoor courtyard. Frontman Eddie Gore's pop-tinged vocal boasted similarities to MGMT or Foster The People, especially when paired with the band's psychedelia-flavored music. In addition to hearing a new single, the band also played a handful of cuts off of their self-titled 2016 album, like "Rain," "Grace," and "Black & Bleu," amongst others.
Already sick of the cold fall weather? Fear not, because our latest Bands + Brews concert with Future Generations is bound to warm you.
