Apparently Taylor Swift has a tendency to write songs about her past relationships. Who knew? Since we are already very familiar with her stance on more than a few ex beaus, it's time to find out what at least one of them thinks about being sung about.

It's no secret that Taylor used her relationship with One Direction's Harry Styles as inspiration for her hit album, 1989, specifically the single "Out of the Woods". We all have to admit, it must be pretty weird to know that there's a hit song out there about you, and director Ben Winston just had to know what Sytles take on that was. During a Google Hangout with fans he asked Harry exactly that.

Surprisingly enough Mr. Stlyes was super chill with the whole thing and gave the ultra tactful response,"We write from personal experience and I think everyone does, so it would be hypocritical of us to be like, 'Oh you can't write about us." He goes on to say, "And they're really good, They're good songs, So I'm really lucky in that sense."

Perhaps a hint from Taylor's retaliation against the "sexist" criticism of her music inspired that answer, or maybe Harry Styles is just classy enough to know when not to bash an ex. Either way, it's refreshing to here from one of the guys that inspired a T.Swift hit.
