Today we're premiering the new video from Austria-based, experimental psych band Mile Me Deaf, "Blowout." Along with the video release, they are also officially announcing the release of their US debut Alien Age, which will drop on October 14th via Old Flame Records.

Mile Me Deaf is a solo project which consists of mainly Wolfgang Mostl, and with his band, he has shared the stage with The War on Drugs, Kurt Vile, and My Bloody Valentine. He's starting to make waves in the US now and for good reason. When I first listened to the song, I was immediately hooked because of the Tame Impala mixed with Rooney vibe. It sounds like it might be a little DIY, and although some DIY psych tracks tend to fall under the radar, this one catches your attention immediately -- and keeps it. The chorus is so catchy, it sticks to your brain and has potential to be turn into something pretty huge. While you're waiting for the newly-announced album, check out the fun new video above, which features retro colors and a slightly creepy competition...
