Is It Bad That We Love Fred Armisen and Bill Hader's Talking Heads' Parody Band?

Well, apparently one of our new favorite bands is just one huge joke. For an episode of Fred Armisen and Bill Hader's wonderful Documentary Now!, they created a Talking Heads parody band, Test Pattern, and it's pretty on point. They really put their all into it, wailing out music, copying the running man dance moves, and bringing in Maya Rudolph for some lady guest vocals. They performed on Late Night With Seth Meyers and it was awesome. They even mock the little "ay-ya-ay-ya" thing perfectly... You know what I'm talking about probably...

And just a couple of days ago, they performed at Tenacious D's Festival Supreme in Los Angeles with Rudolph.

We're a little obsessed. Is it bad that we listen to a parody band on our own time? That would be like listening to Weird Al all the time... Is that normal? Will we go crazy? We'll keep you updated...
