has released a new song "Strong Enough," which also serves as a collaboration with Britains original denim label Lee Cooper for their new "The Cooper Collection" range. Garratt expands on the song, "'Strong Enough' is very much about my appreciation for London. It's about getting lost in a city that holds so much nostalgia, almost as if the city itself becomes a place to store the memories that you have within it. Looking down a street you haven't seen for years but knowing exactly what happened when you were last there."
And as a person who has never been to London unfortunately, I understand exactly what Garratt means. The dynamic song transports the listener into a different world, filled with highs, lows, and everything in between. It bounces back and forth between soft piano sections and grimy synth-soaked explosions. Garratt sings in his favorable falsetto, "I can take my shoes off when I walk the cobbled streets / Feel the city swell beneath my feet as it breathes."
Well, now we just gotta visit London, right? Right.
