MO Apologizes For Her SNL Performance With Iggy Azalea

    MO has taken responsibility for her poor performance with Iggy Azalea on this weekend's episode of SNL, citing technical issues as the cause of her "latent" vocals and awkward timing. Saturday Night Live has invited countless musicians to perform over their 40-year lifetime, but Iggy and MO's rendition of "Beg For It" may go down as one of the show's most uncomfortable.

    First, MO's performance was so awkward and confused that Iggy herself was completely overshadowed. The song (viewable below) was absolutely cringe-worthy, due mostly to her offbeat singing and supremely strange dancing. Iggy, for her part, responded with awkwardly timed rapping that may have slipped under the radar if not for the overall incongruity of the collaboration.

    MO's handwritten apology was posted on Twitter, and blames the poor performance on technical issues and general confusion.

    Iggy has since responded with a reassuring tweet, reminding M that their upcoming AMA performance is a chance for redemption, so long as she gets a pair of in-ear headphones before then.
