I'm sick. I'm on the "slowly starting to recover" end of a major sinus infection. And you know what I need on this Tuesday where New York City's wildly vacillating weather and temperatures are sending my immune system into a "I want to die" tailspin? Good music. You know what I got instead? S***. Warner Bros. had a massive flop on their hands this weekend -- we're talking "some folks lost their jobs cause they lost hundreds of millions of dollars" flop -- with Pan, and while I haven't seen the movie, I have unfortunately forced myself to listen to a cover of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" from the movie. And I don't know whether I should blame Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain's estate for this mockery of music and licensing it to this film or the studio or both. Either way, if you want to force yourself to hear a bastardization of one of the defining songs of the 90s plus the Ramone's "Blitzkrieg Bop," click below but don't say we didn't warn you.
