Today St. Vincent, aka Annie Clark, has released the third single off of her upcoming album, after "Los Ageless" and "New York." The song is called "Pills," is co-produced by Clark and Jack Antonoff, and features Kamasi Washington on saxophone, Jenny Lewis on vocals, and beat production from Sounwave. With a bunch of cute yet robotic-sounding Clarks frantically singing "Pills to wake, pills to sleep / Pills, pills, pills every day of the week / Pills to walk, pills to think / Pills, pills, pills for the family," alongside equally frantic instrumentation and Clark's signature guitar, it's outrageously fun. The singer channels Queen and Bowie in the second half of the song when she slows things down with epic guitars and her theatrical cry.

Clark always takes risks with her unique sound, but it seems with her latest project, she's really letting go and giving the best she has to offer. The colorful "Pills" is off of her album MASSEDUCTION out this Friday, October 13th via Loma Vista Recordings.
