Two weeks shy of it's official release, Fall Out Boy has shared a fifth track, "Irresistible," off their forthcoming sixth studio album American Beauty/American Psycho. The horn heavy song comes complete with driving drum beats, chugging guitars, and Patrick Stump's in-your-face vocals for a light head banging experience.

Bassist Pete Wentz took to the band's official website to explain the inspiration for the song stemming from the toxic relationship between Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious and Nancy Spungen.

"When I think of 'Irresistible,' it brings this image to my head, whether its fictional or real, of Sid and Nancy in an alley, garbage raining down on them in an eternal spiral of romance and poison," he shared. "Sometimes it's hard not to love what can hurt us the most."

American Beauty/American Psycho drops January 20th.
